We recently completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement for a homeowner on Arngask Road in Catford, just a short stroll from the local landmarks of Mountsfield Park. The property featured an ageing felt roof on the kitchen extension that had become a persistent headache for the owners, and years of exposure to the unpredictable South London weather had caused the traditional felt to crack and blister, leading to significant water pooling and damp patches appearing on the ceiling.

After a thorough survey, our team stripped the structure back to the joists to ensure the timber deck was sound. We then installed a high-performance GRP fibreglass roofing system. Unlike felt, GRP creates a completely seamless, cold-applied skin that is incredibly durable and impact-resistant.
