Booked John and his team to remove a chimney stack and replace the guttering, fascias and soffits on my Victorian terrace. Communication was clear, the price was competitive, and the team were hardworking, tidy and very courteous. The job grew from an expected two days to four, but the service and results were excellent. I’d happily recommend John and his team to anyone needing roofing or guttering work.

We called John when our roof started to leak in the recent wet weather - turned out our (at least 40 year) old felt needed replacing and John fit us in as quickly as he could to minimise any further water damage. He communicated clearly with us about the extent of the work needed, costs etc and made sure everything was done quickly and with no mess left behind. His team were all polite and professional and happy to answer all of our questions. Thanks John!

We worked with John and his team for an ongoing problem with our roof. He made an amazing job, from the start when he surveyed and detect the problem to the finish when he sort the problem. Honest roofer, polite and punctual. I recommend CNEM roofing to everyone

John came out to look at our guttering the day after we contacted CNEM. He sent quote next morning and then came back with his team within a couple of days - even though it was only a pretty small job.The communication was very good and the price was fair for a crew of three plus parts. They tested the new sections they had fitted before leaving to make sure the leaks were fixed. We would definitely have them again if we had any more roofing issues! Claire G , TN15
